Activities
There is a large variety of activities that can be undertaken at Lake Braemore.It is suitable for all water sports with motorised or non motorised crafts on the 13ha of water in the main Lake area and other smaller areas of water suitable for kayacking etc. (see“about” the lake)
There are limits as to the number of water craft on the lake at any one time and time periods of usage per craft in the situation that there are several wanting to make use of the facility on any one day.
Please read the signage at the launching area for details on this along with other rules regarding the usage of the Lake and its wider facilities.
There is also areas for Motor Homes etc and camping must be self contained.
There are over 1km of walkways through wetland areas which are suitable for walking and bike riding for children. Dogs are welcome but must be always kept either on a lead or within direct line of sight of the owner. Doggy bags needed.The Lake is open for general public usage for which there are fees applicable (see fees) The Lake is also available for larger functions and or booking the whole facility for a day or longer. Please contact to discuss further.Entry to the lake facility is on the sole condition that all rules and regulations as displayed at the Lake are adhered to at all times and that there is full respect for the fact this is private property and the landowners reserve the right to ask people to leave or ban them from the facility for whatever reason they may choose.
